Refund Policy
If you cancel any order after it has been procured but before shipping, we will charge the stocking fee that is applicable for each product category. If you cancel international books, we may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the order value. Other orders will incur a restocking fee of about 10% of the order value. We will make the refund, after the deduction of the applicable restocking fee, within 10 working days.
The Return of Products
If you return any product, we will accept it if it is damaged during shipping or is defective. We will also accept the return if the product is wrongly delivered to you or if the packaging is incomplete. However, we must be informed of any discrepancies within 72 hours from the delivery date of the product. The products should also be returned in their original condition.
The Replacement Conditions
We offer a 14-day replacement guarantee for products sold on the site, subject to certain conditions mentioned here. Customers must report any defect or damage within 72 hours from receipt of the product. If the customer fails to inform us within this timeframe, we reserve the right to reject or accept the request. We can replace the defective product with a brand new one without any additional charge.
Scrubguru.pk will also make every effort to replace the specific product ordered. However, we reserve the right to provide an alternative product if the specified item is out of stock. The replacement guarantee is valid only if the defect is from the manufacturer or if damages occurred during transport. Damages will not be considered valid if they are due to normal wear and tear or negligence on the part of the customer. If our customers experience any such issues with a product, they should contact customer service within 72 hours. If this timeframe is not met, we may choose to deny the replacement request.
